Newcomer Scholarship Fundraiser Online Auction

MCAF is hosting the 4th annual Newcomer Scholarship Fundraiser Online Auction, starting May 1, 8am until May 9, 8pm, to raise funds to assist newcomers with their post-secondary education. We are so excited to offer a great selection of wonderful items including gift cards, gift certificates and products from local businesses, paintings, prints, international food, crafts, home essentials, training, etc.

MCAF established the Newcomer Scholarship Fund in 2011 for the purpose of assisting newcomers to Canada with their post secondary education. Funding for the scholarship is obtained by charitable donations and fundraising events operated by MCAF. A total of 108 scholarships have been awarded to newcomers, valuing $164,500, have been awarded since the Newcomer Scholarship Trust Fund was created in 2011.
